No smoking of any kind inside or on the balcony whatsoever. Thank you -No smoking or drug use of any kind, loud music, and party. A $1000 fee will be charged to guests if there is any evidence of smoking of any kind, drugs use, and/or party.

-Unauthorized “events” such as parties or gatherings may result in eviction and loss of your security deposit and/or remainder of already paid nights.

-No unauthorized guests are permitted. If guests are not listed on your reservation, you must get permission for them to stay overnight.
